Hey,
I did some math and came out to some odd results, and I am wondering if this sounds reasonable.
So I went to a website, that calculates how many calories my body burns on its own without even working out. Based on my size and BMI, it said around 3000. Then I input how much I exercize, and it told me around 1250 cal were burned (jogging for 45 min and lifting for 30).
Granted I intake a 2000 calorie/day diet, this means I burn off 4250-2000=2250 calories per day
Granted it requires 3000 calories to burn 1lb of fat off, and I'm burning 2250 calories per day, this means I could technically burn off around 22lbs in a month if I did the same thing everyday.
22lbs in a month sounds outrageously high.... maybe if I took DNP, ephedra, clen and cytomel I'd lose 22lbs in a month.... but I dont think I could lose 22lbs in a month by doing it naturally with strict diet and exercise.
What do you guys think? Is it really possible to lose 22lbs in a month based on strict diet (2000Cal), a regular but intense exercise (75min/day)?
(I have average, to slightly below average metabolism - I'm proned to gaining weight than losing it. But I've lost weight before and have been able to do it with diet+exercise... just dont remember how long it took me)
