    Too scared to cut... please help

    Right now I weigh 226. I am currently at 18% bodyfat. I know that I need to cut weight but I am afraid to lose the muscle that I have been working so hard for. I also just jumped on a PH (Spawn). Please don't start bashing, I know. I know I should be at a lower percentage for optimal results, but I am not sure how to cut. I changed my diet but I eat like a mad man. I know plenty of cardio is bad for muscles. Is there a way I can cut bodyfat (not water!) and keep the muscle I have?

    Yes diet and cardio

    Diets fail IMO 100% due to peoples mental weakness thats it.

    Cardio needs to be implemented empty stomach morning cardio low intensity and/or PWO low intensity cardio (heart rate 115-130bpm)

    Diet needs to be dialed in order to cut, go down to the diet section

    You may have to sacrifice some pump and of course strength in order to achieve your goals.

    Losing muscle is something that does happen when dieting hard, you'll just have to get over it.

    You could however precisely dial in your diet a couple hundred calories (200) above your maintenance, do the cardio, eat primarily sweet potatoes, and possibly lean out and gain muscle at the same time but with the sound of things it may be best to just cut as you'll probably fall off the horse more than once and just have to get back on and keep going
