Right now I weigh 226. I am currently at 18% bodyfat. I know that I need to cut weight but I am afraid to lose the muscle that I have been working so hard for. I also just jumped on a PH (Spawn). Please don't start bashing, I know. I know I should be at a lower percentage for optimal results, but I am not sure how to cut. I changed my diet but I eat like a mad man. I know plenty of cardio is bad for muscles. Is there a way I can cut bodyfat (not water!) and keep the muscle I have?
