Ok this week was a little different but still around the same problem. This week is different because i took off monday also. so now im on monday and thursday off. Im usally thursday and sunday.

But right now i just did my legs tonight. Tomorrow i would be scheduled shoulders, then sun arms. But if i go back to my normal routine i would be on chest on monday.

Arms are my last thing on split. Maybe it should be legs? I dont know what to do. Might just take an extra day and not go sunday so i have rest.

Any ideas?
