    Gvt

What up fellas. I had a question concerning German Volume Training. I started last week, I did Chest/Back on MON(bench 10x10)(BB rows 10x10). Tues Legs(10x10 squats) Wed rest. Thur 10x10 DB shoulder press, Fri Bi's/Tri BB curl 10x10,, Close grip 5x5. Let me tell you that I was hurting!!!!! I think it was too much I didn't even have the energy to do cardio. So this week I am doing one body part a day, 10x10 and Bi/tri fri 10x10. Do you hik this will still work?? also I should add that unfortunately i think it was to much because if I sleep 6 hours I'm lucky. I work a lot and I teach a bootcamp at 5am!! Any opinions.

I do have to say I like the workout and it feels like it's working good!!
