Not sure if this would be the right area to post this but i just have a real quick and easy question for you guys....not sure if its a stupid one but probablly is. So forgive the newbie.
Does more vascularity, even on down time, mean less BF%??
I am noticing i have it everywhere now...shoulders, chest, arms are always popping out now too....could this mean i am just losing more body fat or just gaining more muscle....or both?
