    Test e & mast e cycle workout.

I would like to know if it is even possible to lose like 3 percent BF in 20 weeks with this workout.
I will do it all fast paced and my diet will be spot on.

    Monday: Chest/triceps/abs

    Tuesday: Traps/Shoulders/abs.

    Wednesday: Back/Biceps/abs

    Thursday: Legs/abs.

    Friday: Arms/Abs.

The following week I will be rotating and doing two workouts of shoulders and tricepts monday and fridays. And it will keep rotating each week.

My questions is If I workout five days a week, without any cardio with a good diet, will I be able to still lose fat?
    I am on 100mcg of T3/ 400mgs of Mast E/ 300mgs of Test E.
Please comment and let me know if there is a smarter idea to do this.

3% bf is easy to lose especially in 20 weeks. You wouldnt even need juice to do it.

I am like at 12 percent now I want to get down to 7 or 8.
My question was without cardio. Is that possible with that workout?

It may be possible but cardio woudl certainly make it easier. Why no cardio?

Don't be lazy. Do cardio. Sure it is possible, but a lot harder without cardio, and especially if you are trying to get from 12% to 8%.

i dont know how you train legs then back without at least 1-2 days rest. IMO a 4 day split would be much better. 3% body fat in 20 weeks you could achieve extremely easy.

okay. I was trying to get by the cardio since last cycle and after I spent about 10 months doing cardio 5 to 6 times a week every morning on an empty stomach.
I went from 190 to 150 that I am now.
I wanted to add muscle now and and still cut fat without doing cardio. But I guess cardio is always needed. So As of tomorrow. I start cardio 5 times a week for 45 minutes on an empty stomach.

No need for that much. Switch abs for Cardio on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. After the workout do 20-30min of low intensity(65% of maximum heart rate), that'll do it trust me. BTW what are your stats?
