In my last cycle, I tried a undualing approach. Training was 4 days a week, 2 days upper, and two days lower. I wanted to capture both strength and hypertrophy.

Issue with that was I dont htink it was enough volume for while being on gear.

So I am going to run a 12 week cycle.

I am thinking of running DC training, for some good hypertrophy and transfering that momentum to a power style sort of training to take advantage of Test strength.
