I am happy with the amount of muscle I currently have. I feel I am too short to increase muscle mass as it makes me look stocky. I prefer a lean cut look.
What is the best way to train/eat to continue improving my muscle quality while, at the same time, making sure i don't grow. i find that when i push to heavy or train too intensely, my muscles grow very fast. I want to carry on improving my muscles to their highest possible quality though.
