    Looking to overhaulmy routine

    Currently Im doing this

    day 1- chest, shoulders

    day 2- back, traps

    day 3- legs

    day 4- bi's, tri's

    day 5- off

    then I do it all over again, plus Im doing 30-40 min of cardio every time except for leg day.

    Do I need to switch some days around to get better recovery time?

    I would do shoulder and traps on a separate day. I fyou do deadlifts in backday switch day 1 and 2.

    yes you need more recovery.. why not try this

    mon-chest, abs

    tues-back, traps

    wed-off

    thurs-delts, biceps, triceps

    friday-legs

    Thanks. I like the gym, so its hard for me to stay away sometimes.

    You are weight training 6x per week every week. Way to much bro. Cut it to 4 or 5. What body part is lacking? What do you need to bring up? If it's not arms they don't need their own day. If it is shoulders than they shouldn't be done the same day as chest.

    I started using 500 mg EW of test cyp 5 weeks ago. My shoulders so far are my biggest improvement lately. I would say that my chest needs more development than any other. Mainly in the center, so Ive been adding cable flies, and dumbell flies on chest day. Traps are doing well, and bis, and tris also.
