    bench movement

    Been getting quite a few different oppinions on the motion when doing bench. Some say full motion from top to bottom and all the way back to top and others say stop just short of the chest and just short of full extension. I myself find that i get more of a pump if i dont do the full extension and dont quite touch my chest.

    never workout for the pump lol... in that case 30 reps will give you more a pump than 4 but you cannot compare the affect on muscle tissue
