Too Much?
I recently started the supersquats program basically 1 20 rep squats 3x a week and add 5 lbs each workout but i also ride my bike est 3 miles a day for school. is this too much or should I be ok

That isnt much, I regualarily do 5 sets of squats in one workout sometimes keeping the weight low 225lbs x20 reps other times going upto 470lbs depending on how I feel.

no its not overtraining.... but its also not affective either... i dont see the purpose, you are not working the quads/glutes remotely close to what it should be... more liek 8-10 full working sets once a week would be much more effective at getting your squat up

Is that on top of a full leg day or is that all you do for legs?

wait, i take back my previous post... i meant to say 8-10 working sets for quads... how are your leg workouts structured? if your only doing 3 sets 3x weekly for legs of squats i would rule this innefective... more detail please
