    Question shoulder training?

ok just quick questions since im pretty sure im doing everything right BUT just wanna make sure im not missing anything

for my shoulder development im doing
frontal deltoid: shoulder press both dumbell and barbell front and behind neck
middle deltroid: side lateral raises or upright rows
    rear delt: lateral rows

TRAPEZIUS are trained on back day

so hear my questions, AM I MISSING ANY MUSCLE IN MY SHOULDER?
only reason this question has popped up is becuase i see ALOT of people doing front dumbell riases and i thought they target the front deltoid aswell but im not certain..... anyone know exactly?

or do front raises do a shoulder muscle im missing?

Youre better off working rear delts hard. I get enough stimuli in my front delts when I train chest. Good rear delts=good posture.

Your routine looks solid to me pretty much what i like to do. I like my shoulder routine to consist of either two different presses barbell and either dumbell or hammer strength a side and a rear move. The other routine i follow is just Barbell presses followed by two side moves always laterals and either wide grip upright rows or one arm cable laterals finishing with a movement for rears, I like incline rear laterals followed by rear delt rows when i hit failure. I feel the front delts get enough work from presses and benches so unless I want to compete and need to bring out every detail I won't be doing them. Pure lazyness and a bad back usually have me skipping traps because between deads and shoulder exercises they get the stimulation they need to keep up but I've been trying to change that attitude lately and have been throwing them in at the end. But I'd say your doing good

your not missing any muscle in your shoulder, u only have 3 heads. presses do majority of anterior delt, wouldnt do front raises unless your lagging in that area. dont forget rear delts, alternate between seating and standing rear delt raises
