    Favorite Day=Shouldars

i love shouldars. they make you look good! i do a lot of a side raises,(my ant. delts are massive, and my postieror are lacking) and posterior flys.

im working shouldars out soon. stoked.

ive noticed a big differnce in my lateral delts, but my posteriors are dying, my diets good, no worries there. any one else expirence my problem?

how long beofre you got awesome round delts?

i know its tough to do it without the AAS.

Yeah, chest/shoulder day is my favorite mainly becuse my delts grow so much faster than the rest of my body - except my traps. **** being that guy in the gym with the over-proportioned traps though.

I hate doing shoulders! They get more pumped than any other bodypart and actually get so pumped they hurt! I do 4 sets of in front/behind neck presses and then 2 sets of Arnold preses.. by the time I get to front / side laterals my shoulders are so pumped i can not lift my arms

I was told by a veteran to do raises first. I do dumbell laterals, machine laterals, and then cable laterals, all before I do any presses. My delts have responded well.

I used to love shoulders until I was doing standing bb press and something in my upper back popped, took 2 weeks before that awkward pain went away, now i'm always scarred.

I'm a back day guy, love the pump from pullups and heavy deads

If you feel like your posterior delts need improvement try doing your rear laterals face down on an incline, when you hit failure finish it off with some rear delt rows pulling straight back into the hips focus on pulling the dumbells straight back with your rear delts leading with your arms.

Shoulders are one of my least favourite days, I just find they get really pumped and sore. I get good workouts in but I prefer pretty much every other day over shoulders.

Amen! Arnold press is one of my favorites too. It really makes one humble; try to use too heavy weight and you will know it. I also like how it destroys my front delts!

I dont have a shoulder day considering they are a relatively small muscle group and practically every upper body exercise one does hits one portion of the shoulders one way or another.

when i started doing traps and rear delts with back i made very good progress in short period of time,i rarely do presses anymore, generally shoulder day i will do 4-5 sets of side laterals and 3-4 sets of wide grip upright rows.
