I like a nice combination of standing, seated, and donkey.
Throw in some supersets and drop sets until you can walk no more![]()
Also agree with both, i have had problems in the past and focus now on really blasting them with different methods, S/S's, rep speed, Heavy reps finished with lower pumping reps etc, change change change.......
