I have great tricep development except the short head, (lateral head)which is dwarfed by the other two. I currently can't do anything with my hand position supinated(palms up) because of a slight tendon problem with my elbow. Hurt it lifting something light at work some how. I would assume that supinated position islolates that head but am unsure. I also heard that flat bar cable pushdowns work this along with the rope handle variation. Have also heard skull crushers and one arm supinated cables. Need someone to set this one straight.
Currently do triceps with chest. Currently using 3 different routines for chest high volume but we'll say on average 16 working sets, then this routine
Triceps routine: *4 sets 12,10,8,6 of seated behind the head dbell ext.
*4 sets of cable pushdowns 15,10,10,15 ez (curl bar)
4 sets of rope pushdowns 15,10,10,15
4 sets of dbell kickbacks 20,15,10,20
Use to do typically the ones with the * plus skull crushers. The one above I've just revised for the specific purpose of short head growth. Help me out guys!http://forums.steroid.com/images/smilies/scratch.gif
