strength gaining excersises
hi guys, i was wondering if anyone knew any good strength gaining excersises. I would like not only to improve my look but also my strength.

you can gain strength on all exercises.......4 main ones to build all over strength bench press...deadlift...squat....mil press....

I would do some research on the 5x5 work outs maybe, their is a sticky of it in the powerlifting section

gaining strength definitely do push ups, pull ups, chin ups, dips and 1 legged squats just using your own body weight

1*20 squat with rest-pause for size and strength.
