60 degree shoulder press?
Lately, I've been doing my seated DB shoulder presses on the 60 degree incline of the bench. I don't feel it in my chest at all and delts always get fried. However, is there anything wrong with this? I hate 90 degrees because I can never get comfortable and I feel lile I am gonna fall off the damn thing.

good question, i like to know too. i too feel uncomfortable doing it straight up, but if a 60 degree or even 70 or 80 works, then that would be great. If not then I’ll just stick to 90 degree.

I would never do them at 90 degree myself... not sure what i set the bench to but straight up is too much you need to set it back at little for comfort and optimal strength if 60 works stick with it for all i know that's what i use(i think i use two notches down from 90)

60 degree shoulder presses are the absolute BOMB!!!!
Iv been doing them for 6 months now on a smith machine because im craddling a shoulder injury and cant do free weights, and i can fully target the delts without any chest interection and they absolutely get fried!!!
i cant beleive people havnt gotten into this earlier because it works my delts have exploded, and is much safer of the rotator cuff than 90 deg is because the cuff is in a more natural postion..
Go hard on these dude coz i know i am..
