Question about cardio
Hello all;
I always see every body on this forum recommend to do cardio in the am because of the empty stomach ... Which is totally understandable ..
My question is :
what happens if you do it after work let's say 3 hours after you ate last?
Will it do anything to contribute to fatburning and if yes to what degree?
And what do u think about cardio pwo at the gym after like an hour of intense weights...
Age 20 bf 22 to 24% weight 208 goal : burn it all off
diet is in check and very strict but not posted yet
thanks in advance cheers

You're joking, aren't you?

In any case it's very important that cardio is low-intensity in order to burn fat, not muscle and glycogen.

Thanks for that klimax I appreciate your input... What do you think a dude like me could do keto? I heard lots of ppl flame keto.. But is it more efficiant than carb cycle ? I cycle 20-30 gpd on low days and 70-90 gpd on high carb days... And for how long is it good to be on keto?
I know that this is the wrong forum to ask these questions but we're talking weight loss cardio and it's directly related to diet

600???? Really? DUDE! If this is true you are killing yourself for nothing, and not only that... you are setting yourself up to explode when you do decide to give up on that ridiculously low amount of calories and go back to whatever it is you where eating before. If you have been doing this for any period of time you are going to need to do these things:
1) Go to the diet forum, read the stickies and learn what a clean diet is.
2) Post up your stats, BMR, goals, ect. and have them help you out to figure out how to slowly raise your calories and re-set your metabolism.
You are starving yourself!

Keto and carb cycling work both well for fat loss. You can do both as long as you want, assuming you're making regular refeed days. In carb cycling you should do cardio on empty stomach, if you can.
Imo your high carb days are too low in carbs. You could reduce the highcarb days, taking more carbs in them; however i don't know how your diet looks like to give you more specific suggestions.
