    Fst-7

Can anyone explain what this method of training is to me? This is the Hany Rambod training system he uses with Pro's and what not.

DONT WORRY ABOUT IT LOL, its nothing u wanna try unless ur on ALOT of gear

basically is a principle of doing 7sets for each body part at the end of each of its workout

    e.g
if ur bicep workout is now
    3 sets curls
    3 sets preacher curls

    with FST it would be
    3 sets curls
    3 sets preacher curls
7 sets concentration curls, rest 30 seconds beteen each set

it also advocates doing small bodyparts twice a week, and large bodyparts once a week

dont bother trying it, only someone with ALOT of gear would benefit from this kind of intensity

what makes you say that? I just started it last week and have trained each bodypart using fst-7 at least once already. It's definitely intense but I dont see why you think it's for people on "A LOT" of gear. I like it as a way to finish up my workout
