    dc

    i have been lifting for 2 years and this is the first time i have done dc been doing it for 3 weeks has anyone done it for a long enough time like around six months to a year and if so have you seen any good gains dont want to be wasting my time on it if its not what its made out to be

    well are you making any progress(strength/maybe even size?)

    I've never done DC, but from what I've heard from people it's a very good program, for both, size and strength.

    Maybe you just need to hang in there for a while to judge for yourself.

    @bcbrett, DC stands for DoggCrap, which is a routine based on, I think, powerbuilding(a mx of bodybuilding and powerlifting).

    It's not recommended for beginners, but more for advanced litters(like 3+ years of serious lifting.) It is very intense, and one needs to take some time off training after every training cycle.

    DC also includes painful extreme stretches which, in theory, will help you with hypertrophy as well.

    On top of this forum there's a sticky by Pinnacle about different routines, and doggcrap is explained there. Or you could just google "DC Training".
