    Work OUt Schedule

    Please critique my training schedule:

    Day 1: Back/Calves
    Day 2: Chest/Abs
    Day 3: Quads/Calves
    Day 4: Bi's/Tri's/Abs
    Day 5: Hamstrings/Calves
    Day 6: Shoulders/Abs

    Start back at Day 1. I am trying to put on some serious mass. Current Stats:

    HT: 5'7"
    WT: 210 (Started at 203-205)
    BF: 13-15%
    AGE: 36

    I am currently taking M-Drol (Second Week) at 3 caps a day....I am eating 4000-5000 cals a day not including any protein shakes....All "real" food......Once I reach my goal of 220 I will start cutting and hope to get to 10% BF or less. For my PCT I am going to run Clomid, Nolva, Clen........If anyone has any suggestions please let me know....Thanks....

    Imo you could drop day five and train hams with quad and calves. After 5 days training it would good rest at least 2 days.
    If i were you i wouldn't start a bulk with almost 15% bf.

    Thanks....I threw in the hamstring only day because I was not working them properly.....So I gave them their own day....Sort of like a rest day....As for my BF....That is a guesstimation........I don't think I am at 15% because I can see my 4 top abs......But i've seen guys on here that have all their abs showing and have been told they are at 13-14% so........
