I'm going to be going on vacation for a week and will have no access to any gyms or equipment. Does anyone have any suggestions for body weight exercises?
I'm currently cutting if that makes any difference.

take the week off and enjoy yourself
or if you must!! do what you would if you were in jail, pushups,squats,situps, burpees, hillclimbers, jumping jacks, skullcrushers (on something at knee level)...theres tons of stuff to do

go for a jog 2 do a recce
thats why its called a vacation, lol. 1 week wont kill you and besides, your body needs to rest. Just think of all the training you have been doing for the past lets say 12 months. Your body will be thanking you. Just keep your diet clean ( as possible ) and do some push-ups and sit-up so you dont go crazy. Plus, giving the time off will make you stronger when you get back.
