Calves, lowerback, and abs
How often do you guys train these body parts per week. I am just re-familiarizing myself with the weights again and once I am a little more broken in will be doing the following split
chest and bi's
back and tri's
legs and shoulders
two days on one day off and keeping the rotation intack. I figure this will hit each grouping on every fourth/fifth day.
My question is, how often should I crush my calves, lower back, and abs. With ab and lower back strenght comes all the rest the the total body strength.
My stats are currently
6'5 272
BF around 20%
Training experience is about one year total but that was 3 years ago.

I'd say if your using good form your mid-section should be used on every exercise, I train lower back with back. Abs and Calfs two to three times per week depending on what works for you.

That is about the rotation that I was currently using. I guess that I will stick with that.

Hmmm my calves suck!!! I used to do calves 2 times a week it was not enough. I bumped it up to every other day and now I am finally seeing improvements. I train 2 body parts a day and usually hit them about twice a week.
