    l2eLapse Workout Log

    Well I went on a year and half of binge drinking and not eating losing much weight and finally getting back into the game. I am starting a log to help motivate me and hopefully get some positive feedback! My stats are 155, 22 year olds wanting to get around 175, be nice!

    I know many of you will disagree but I am trying the supersquat routine and drinking .75-1 gallon milk a day. I have always wanted to try it so what the hell
    Monday:Clean and press 2x6-10
    Parallel Squat 1x20
    Pullover 1x20
    Deadlift 1x20
    Pullover 1 x20
    Bench press 2-3x6-10
    Bentover row 2-3x6-10

    Wednesday: same but no squats

    Friday: With squats

    Clean and press 2x6-10 90x7 90 x7
    Pullover 1x20 1x20
    Deadlift 1x20 135x20
    Pullover 1 x20 1x20
    Bench press 2-3x6-10 135x10,165x8,175x7
    Bentover row 2-3x6-10 135x11,155x4(toomuch),135x10

    Oh yeah forgot to add I have never juiced and will not for a long time!
