    doing too much too often?

im currently working out about 6 days a week. doing 5-7 exercises for each muscle group (except legs). my goals are to bulk and get muscle mass but cut bf through cardio and diet.

    mon chest
    tues tri
    wed legs
    thur shoulders
    fri bic
    sat back
    sun rest

my questions: should i be grouping these muscles and working out less times a week? if i did group the muscles should i only do 3-4 exercises for each group? which would i group on what days for best results?

    thanks in advance!

I dont like that split at all. How long have you been lifting for? What is your deit like? Why dont you try a split like this for a few weeks.
    Day 1: Chest/Bicep
    Day 2: Quads/Abs
    Day 3: Rest/Light Cardio
    Day 4: Back/Hamstring
    Day 5: Shoulders/Triceps
    Day 6: Cardio/Abs
    Day 7: Rest

    Omg!

5-7 Exercises per muscle group??? Holy. I made my biggest gains doing only ONE! IF you lift heavy enough, 3 sets is all you need or can do.
