for me my triceps take a beating doing chest and shoulders. sometimes ill do a chest/shoulder/tricep workout. but usually only do 1 exercise for tris and only a few sets. many weeks i'll just leave out tri's and bi's altogether.
i dont get the same feeling when doing back in my bi's, that i get in my tris when i do chest. should i be doing a lot more arm workouts. i used to religiously do just bi's/tris once a week and i'd do 3 exercises for each with 4 sets per exercise.
back is my weak point. definately have a hard time gettin that explosion and power into my back workout that i do from all the pushing movements. my body was just meant to push. if i train my bi's hard and get them used to heavy loads, should this help get my back stronger?
