work out techniques
im startin a bulkin diet, and would like some suggestions on my lifting routine.
should i
1: lift heavy and less reps, say 6-8,
2: medium weight and 8-12 reps,
3: light(still pushin myself) and 12-15 reps
which is the best to achieve the best possible muscle growth, my body type is ectomorph so find it very hard to achieve any growth, i also work in a physically demanding job job, if that has anything to do with it

wed.chest, tricep

Hi mate,
I think the use of low, med and high reps is the best approch. Change each week, growth may not plateau as it often does when we do the same thing over and over. Also we get a lot less injuries by incorporating high reps....Lol, wish I followed that advice when I was youger...
Physically demanding job ....you will need to get your cals high an get them often.
Lifting, keep it simple, compound movements.
Dublin huh...love that place.
Peace
