Working out 6-7 times per week (while cycling)

Well normally I train 3-4 times per week.
1 hour or 1 hour 15 minutes per piece.. (normally 4 times per week).
Would it be okey to train 6-7 times per week, thus reducing the training time very much (around 30 minutes I would like to try).

What you guys think? I know I need rest to grow, but I ain't training the same bodypart everyday.

    so.. the gist

    Yes sure.
Do you think it's harder on the CNS to train 4 times per week 1 hour+ ED, or 7 days a week 30 minutes a piece?

    I ain't.. I was just wondering.
Anyways I guess you saw the pictures from my cutter (a year back), which turned me leaner but way smaller.
