    Help with lean body mass using BF%

    Say I am weighing 200 pounds at 20% bf ( I picked easy numbers so I can easily understand ) how would I figure how much fat pounds I need to lose to be at 10% bf?

    I know with those numbers I would be 160 pounds with 0% body fat and same lean body mass, but what would be my weight at 10%bf figuring I did not lose any muscle?

    I am asking this because I weigh 195~ pounds with around 20% bf (I don't care about the fat right now its to cold to take shirt off in public). Ideally I want to know the weight I would have to bulk to so I can cut to 200 pounds 10%bf at 6'2", but if I learn this math I will figure that out myself.

    Thanks for any answers, even if they are not complete, math is not my strength.

    0.1=(40-x)/(200-x)

    X are the pounds of fat you need to loose.

    You would need to drop 22.4 lbs of fat to make this happen.
