    what am i doing wrong???

i have been workingout for 3-4 years and gained alot at first.... now i am 6'1 195lbs and cant seem to grow anymore. i have a pretty good diet(i am in college so i do drink 2-3 days a week) but its mostly sound during the weekdays..... i just started a workout out of arnolds bible to body building that is for hard gainers it does chest/back monday, bi tri shoulder tues, legs wed, chest back thurs, bi tri shoulder fri, and legs sat with sunday off....... hopefully this will work.

my main goal is to gain as much muscle and size as possible with little fat gain. i have gotten a little stronger over the past year but my body size hasent seemed to change hardly at all.

ANYONE HAVE A GOOD WORKOUT FOR HARD GAINERS THAT HAS WORKED??
or any tips or workout or diet tips i can throw in?

i was really looking to gain so serious size till december then start to cut down. thanks for ny help

Answer is really quite simple. You state you eat "pretty good" and you drink 2-3 days per week (that's 35% of the time btw) . Start eating "really good" and stop drinking nearly every other day and your gains should start up again.

Putting on muscle is hard when everything is perfectly dialed in. You cannot expect to gain when you are putting in a modest effort at best on the nutrition end.

thanks i will try and start eating better does anyone have a link to a diet they have used to gain some solid mass with little fat??? i feel like my body is low on fat but most of it is just stored on my lower abs and sides.... so a diet with low fat gains but serious mass improvements recomendation would help me.

also eating 6-8 times a day is not a problem for me i am always hungry and have to eat before bed. so any diets out there to help?

Hit the diet section, lots of stickies and help there. Also remember, diet and cardio go hand in hand. Cant really design one without the other.

If you're really an hardgainer hitting a bodypart twice a week directly isn't very clever. Leave these routines to Arnold.
