Standing calf raise 3 sets 8-12 reps
Seated calf raise 2 sets 8-12 reps

as posted on this page: http://www.steroid.com/workout.php (with my edited modification in Back, Tricept, and Bicep areas)

Now i started this about a month before my current cycle and found good gains with increasin weight weekly and im still gaining well on cycle (lol obviously) But im not longer sore the next day, except tricepts.

Is this a good workout to stick with till end of my cycle or should i step it up a notch as id like to maximize my growing while on cycle.

Goal is to gain as much as possible the next 10 weeks, not to concerend with vascularity. Just looking for raw mass right now before i cut up.

    stats:
    height 5'11"
    weight 191 lbs
    bf 9-10%
cycle: 1st cycle 500mg/wk test400 blend. been on for 2.5 weeks.

It's good to change up your routine every now and then to keep from plateauing. If it's working for u then stick with it a little longer

Vary your method of intensity. More volume, more weight, less rest, etc. I grow best when I vary volume evey few weeks. It may be mental, but whatever works. I know that when I have fewer sets to complete I'm going to put more into those sets. Not always possible with high volume.
