I just moved to a university and can now use their gym instead of my home set up. Before I was doing the following interchangeably every other day.
A
Bench
Shoulder Press
Tricep Extension
Squat

B
Wide grip pull ups
Shrugs
Romanian Deadlifts
Ez curls
Ab work

After a while I plateaued and haven't made much gains since the beginning. Now that I have access to much more equipment what is a good workout plan that is only three times a week (little free time with a job too) or I that could changed off every other day like I have done so before. Thanks in advance.
