    endurance

first off thanks for looking in

since i joined this board, all i have done is read up on bulking & loosing bf.
now im looking to change my cardio, to develop fitness, instead of just targeting bf. as i am preparing for the army i want to tone weight training down a little and concentrate on getting fit.

does any one know what a good cardio routine would look like for geting physicaly fit?

    Thanks . Dan

    try jumping rope, boxing match-style:

12 sets, 3 minutes a set, 1 minute rest in between.....at first you may only be able to handle about 10 rounds, with more rest in between....

Follow the workout of the day; you'll get fit.

There's also a Navy Seal version for BUDS preparation but I think their site is messed up atm.

Work on body weight exercises. Try to out do your numbers from week to week. Try mixing your cardio from long runs, sprints and conditioning workouts. A good example is 25 jumping Jacks, 15burpees, 20 Mountain climbers, 40 Jumping Jacks, 15 Burpees then rest 1min and go again! try 5-10 rounds depending on your condition!
