Thread: best 3 to 4 day split workout

    best 3 to 4 day split workout

    ive been lifting 5 to 6 days a week for about 2 years now and made decent gains with that routine but im getting kind of burned out on it and wanting to switch it up. i was thinking of maybe goin to a 3 or 4 day split. what do u guys prefer im just looking to try somthing different. thanks
