    sick

    Been very sick for 4 days now.

    Do you guys still train while sick?

    I havent been able to goto the gym and cant even stick to my diet.

    take this time to rest.. I just took a week off and I feel amazing now.. I know its a little different situation, but a week off from training shouldnt make a big difference.

    I never go to the gym when Im really sick. just makes it worse.

    I am sick right now too. I never get sick so I thought it would pass soon, so I did train the first day but today I am not and I will take the next couple off.

    I feel like crap. I havent ate as much either, I woke up weighing 4 lbs less too!! I hate being sick.

    I say rest up. There's no sense putting even more stress on your body when it's already in a weakened state. JMO.

    Starting to feel better finally today...

    Down 8lbs this morning ......errrrr
