    Best 5x5 Dumbbell Routine you can suggest?

    With a 5x5 routine only using dumbbells, a bench, and a barbell what would you suggest for maximum benefits?

    What do you mean a deadlift bar?
    Is that a standard bar without weights?

    Well with weights of course. Lets change it to barbell to make it a little less confusing. Bench pressing is out of the option with no spotter.

    I think 5x5 is better suited for BB movements. If you are using DB's and you can only do 5 reps you are gonna catch hell getting those things in position.
