    heres an idea......
Monday-Back/Abs and Biceps or Triceps (i would go for Tris but others would pick Bis)
    Tuesday-Rest
Wednesday-Chest and Biceps or Triceps (i would go for Bis but others would pick Tris)
    Thursday-Rest
    Friday-Shoulders/Traps
    Saturday-Rest
Sunday-Rest or start other again ( if you rest then just start again on Monday)

youl be able to know better than anyone else what exercises you can comfortably do and what is available at your gym.....
