im just wondering if i can do one day lifting(heavy) and one day cardio(40-60 min).

well....of course you can do it that way......but what are your goals? why do you want to do it this way?
umm basically cutting, i wana loose the unwanted fat.. and put on some size as well
yes you can do it that way.....but there are better ways of doing it.....the way your saying you would only be getting 4 session of cardio a week tops..maybe only 3 if you have a rest day....
oh umm, well, what are the better ways to do it?
This is what im doing at the min......45 mins a.m cardio 4 days a week and 30 mins cardio after weights 5 days a week......then whatever i feel like on the weekend...normally have 1 full rest day and go for a run on the other.....so roughly i get 10 sessions of cardio per week.........
im not saying you have to do this....it depends on your schedule mate.....

na i cant do this. i have school everyday in the morning. maybe 2 days lifting and one day cardio then 2 days lifting again then one day cardio.

and btw, i will be running a cycle next week ( test prop+winny+masteron)
well id do weights and cardio...thats 5 sesions of weights and cardio a week and you could even have another cardio session.....IN BOLD what you have said means youl be training 5/6 days a week.......do weights for 45 mins then 20-30 mins cardio straight after...
I wont even get into the cycle mate.....you should....if you havent allready....head to the steroid QA section and post up your cycle stats goals etc etc..........

get this done at least 5 days a week for cutting. 45mins per session
