Thread: What do you guys think about a HIIT workout after my weight training

    What do you guys think about a HIIT workout after my weight training

    I am thinking about doing it every other day.....I lift 2 on 1 off..should i do it every other day including the day i work out ( lift )

    I am wanting to do 30 sec sprints...rest 30 sec....times 8.

    What do you think?

    Do you suggest 2 days a week...3 days?? Thanks!

    i would not do half HIIT and half LI cardio always pwo, double the low to high ratio

    Horomone lvls bla bla bla....i think basically if u do hard cardio for to long after a workout your body just cannibalizes itself. That would be Cutting into the gains. The main reason most are their in the first place.

    this is absolutely right in the absensce of carbs/calories... HIIt defiantely serves its purpose if done right...look at sprinters V. marathon runners.. both high intensity but one is PROLONGED and one is short INTERVAL
