    Next day soreness

Is the degree of soreness the next day an indication that you had a really good workout and your muscles are growing? I am usually disappointed if I am not really sore the next day. Sometimes I'm not sore at all the day after a workout, and I feel like I didn't do something right, even though the workout was very intense and I had incredible pumps during. Also, I am in my 7th week of a TEST E cycle at 500mgs per week. Will this make me less sore after my workouts or not sore at all? I know that my recovery time is improved, but will the juice stop soreness all together?

I also wanted to add that this issue of being sore/not being sore isn't a recent thing that started once I started my cycle. I've been wondering this for years, and I have been told that If I am not sore than I didn't tear any muscle, and I have also been told that soreness has nothing to do with whether or not you are growing. Thanks! Hopefully we can clear this up.

Soreness can be a sign of over training.... But I'm like you and want to feel some soreness the next day. Unfortunately after enough training getting sore will be near impossible without over training. About the only thing that will always get sore for me is my legs. And it is straight up pain. The cycle will help you to recover fast and make you less sore or at least make over training harder to do.

    I hope this helped

You should have a good pump or a tightness if you will. Being sore is a good thing to me but could also be an indication of wrong technique.

Soreness is not always a good indicator of a good workout.
