This is my cardio could you critique it...
Mondays:Run 2 miles on the treadmill, when i do the running i put it down to around 6 for a quarter of a mile and then up to 8 for a half of a mile and i do that until i run 1 and 3/4 miles and move it down to around a fast paced walk. I also do a quick ab workout conisisting of 5-7 minutes
Tuesday: I swim a about 6-7 laps in the pool(olympic size) and do the P90x ab work out which takes about 15 minutes.
Wednesday: Same as monday
Thursday: same as tuesday:
Friday: same as monday
Saturday day off
Sunday: p90x ab workout
