    lifting at begining of cycle

I am about to begin a new cycle monday its going to consist of DECA and TEST.

Now my workouts are very good and know what once i begin my cycle i will see some serious strength gains due to the cycle, so my questions is this

when i begin my cycle and start seeing gains should i go as heavy as i possibly can or not? because i know even though i can lift it does NOT mean my muscles can take it or does it?

    please help

    thank you

You should be trying to increase weights especially if bulking.

lift heavy if your trying to gain mass.. from your stats i can kinda tell your the type that can eat anything and not gain a pound yes? haha i wish i was that way.

i'd probably start out slow.. keep moderate reps between 8 - 12 and rest period from a minute to 90 seconds.. get your muscles in the flow of things.

then after a good couple days to a week start going heavy.. and keep going heavy.. after a week or two switch it up and go light again and up the reps.. you wanna spark muscle confusion.. thats the best way i've been able to get where i am at now.. yes it took time over trial and error but over the years i've found this to be very effective.
