im currently in the full off season for rugby. I have been doing my legs 1 day per week but have finished that cycle and am now thinking about 2 days per week for example:
day 1
Back squats
glute/ham raises
Front squats
calfs (seated)
day 2
Deads
glutes (reverse hypers)
hips (hyperextensions)
calfs (standing)
I want to space day 1 and 2 about 3 1/2 days apart but I also play competitive touch on a thursday night.
any help or suggestions welcome
