    What is you average time in the gym?

    I spend about and hour and half in the gym 5-6 days a week, wondering what everyone else does?

    depends on how many ppl are in the gym usually 45minutes to an hour

    I split mine up.

    About 25-30 min in the a.m. for cardio

    I do my lifting during my lunch hour. @ 45-50min

    5-6 days a week

    7 days a week for 2 1/2 hours a day!!!!!!! REST IS FOR THE WEAK!!!!!

    depends on the day, knowing i dont have anything else to do, i could spend all day in the gym!! its a play ground for my muslces to play! haha

    when im bulking(on or off cycle) and taking longer rests between sets wich im currently doing then about 1.5 hrs 5 days a week.....when im cutting then like 45 to 60 min 2x a day morning cardio then weight training in pm....
