im using DC now and LOVE it!!! but you gotta go 110% all the time, beat the log book. ive had some great results. A huge part is diet though. If your diet is off your gains will be slow and sloppy but thats the case for almost everything. Lemme know what execises you picked and i'll let ya know what tricks i learned to make training by yourself a little easier. (I used to do DC solo too)

This guy did some major tweeking of the original routine but everyone does some. It is a split routine popularized and I believe somewhat "invented" by a guy named Daute. He is over at intensemuscle.com

Ive been using it for while now and have to say it has given me some of the best natural results iv ever had. cant wait to see what it can do with alil extra fuel behind it.
tough as nails but great results.
