    starting lifting again soon

    I will be starting back lifting soon as soon as my test levels are up to par as I am on HRT and it has been along while for me due to low test symptoms and should I start back out at 1 exercise per body part three times per week?

    You need to do more than one excercise per body part. Do 3 or 4 excercises with 3-4 sets per body part with lighter weight. Each body part only once a week.

    My personal opinion is that you should start with 3-4 sets per muscle group, doing about 2-3 different exercises. After you start to feel comfortable with that range, increase the volume.

    If you stayed away from lifting for a long time, you could start with a fullbody 3xweek; two excercises for great muscles; one for smaller ones.
