Okay so for a year now ive been doing 2 days upper body and 2 days lower, and decieded 2 weeks ago its time to split my muscles up into a 5 day muscle split. Today was the first day of my new training, and today was chest day.
Now heres my problem, i got home a hour ago and i feel fine, my chest feels completly fine, theres no way i could go back now and do the same workout i just did, but theres no tight pain or sore pain. Am i not doing enough? Heres how it went
Bench Press x3
Bench Press Incline x3
Flys Free Weight x3
Flys Machines x3
All sets where done to failer.
Is that enough? i mean when i was at the gym and got to the machine flys my chest was killing and so tight i could only have it on 50kg, where as i usualy stack it to the whole 100kg. But like i said, i feel fine now, is this normal?
