How do you pull your deads????

Just wanted to get some insight from other people. I was wondering what grip people use to pull deads?

I use and under/over cause it feels the most solid and comfortable, but every cideo i see of bicep tears during a deadlift is using the under/over grip, and specificly the under-hand!

I am starting to get alil worried as my dead weights are going up and gettin pretty heavy.

Any thoughts, ideas, comments are welcome. just wondering what other people are doin.

I use both over hand w/ lift straps and never has a problem holding on to the bar. I'm paranoid about keeping the weight evenly distributed as well as symmetrical growth

usually....they say with both hands over you pull 65-70% of your max but it will increase grip strength

I use over-under it helps me use less of my back than my legs, and switch every 2 reps. then ill use hang cleans to work on grip with both over helps a lot for me.
