Hey man, what kind of training are you doing right now?
Also what are your current stats?
I'm 6'2 210 11-12% BF 21 yrs. Old
right I do a basic body workout: chest, back, shoulders arms and legs with basic exercises like bench lat pulls curls, etc. I want a hardcore workout and lifting routine that will maximize and take full advantage of the gear I will be taking. I am a very hard worker and my main objective is mass not so much getting cut. I play linebacker in football and want to get to 230-240 by next season. Any help will greatly appreciated
