I like it better than low intensity cardio, but I still do it from time to time just to mix it up. I get bored running on the treadmill or the track for 30 minutes, but if your already fit and want to get rid of the stubborn body fat then I would jux stick to low intensity. I've been doing HIIT cardio for awhile now and I been noticing some differences. My endurance has shot up alot since I been doing it and when I do low intensity running I can go for alot longer now.

For low intensity cardio to be effective 20-30 is probably not enough. I believe HIIT has its place but if you are dieting strictly and under 10% bf and trying to get even leaner it is probably not the best choice.

Even under those circumstances I would recommend 30 minutes at the absolute minimum. I do 30 first thing in the morning followed by another 30 post workout right now for off season maintenance. By low intensity I am talking a HR of between 120-140, for you low intensity may be 140-155 and if thats the case 20-30 becomes more effective.

I work out 5 days a week, usually for about 30-40 minutes. I have cardio equipment in my bonus room so I knock out the morning session without having to leave the house. Just roll out of bed and put my shoes on. I have most of it done before I am even fully awake.

yep...HIIT is effective the problem is people running it for extended periods of times while carb/calorie deficient and that is your ultimate worst nightmare...
